What is Boot Camp?

Our boot camp is NOT a military-style workout – no one will be yelling, barking or invading your personal space. Instead, our exclusive fat loss boot camp is a fitness program that offers top-notch fitness coaching - including motivation, accountability, as well as fun and effective workouts all designed to get you in the best shape of your life… fast, safe and efficiently.

Do I need to be FIT to join boot camp?

Of course not. Although our boot camp is vigorous, no one will EVER be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. All exercises can be modified to meet individual needs and fitness levels.

How often do we meet?

We meet one to four times a week depending on the program package you choose. Training sessions last 45 minutes, during which, you will learn effective exercises and training strategies. The most current studies suggest that shorter, more intense training sessions completed over 3 days per week, are the most effective method for fat loss. Our current schedule is:

Monday         6:15pm-7:00pm
Tuesday        6:00pm-6:45pm
Wednesday  6:00pm-6:45pm
Thursday      6:00pm-6:45pm and
                    7:00pm-7:45pm
Friday          *coming soon*
Saturday      9:15am-10:00am.
 

Our schedule is expanding monthly, so be sure to ask about new session times when registering.

What do I need to bring?

Just a water bottle! No need to bring equipment. We use kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and bodyweight… all of which are provided during training.

You can expect to lose weight, while becoming more fit and toned. On average, you will drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress/pant sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 4 weeks. Our program is designed to firm your butt and thighs, get rid of that stubborn belly fat (or “bloat”), reduce overall body fat and increase your self-esteem and overall confidence.

How many people are in the sessions?

We limit our sessions to no more than 12 people in order to provide you with the personalized attention, motivation and support that you need and deserve.

What types of people will be in Boot Camp?

The majority of our Boot Camp participants are between the ages of 25-55 with 20-70 lbs to lose. You will find that our Boot Camp is the perfect program to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.

How much does it cost?

Fees are collected monthly.

  • $69/mo   – includes one weekly training session
  • $99/mo   – includes two weekly training sessions
  • $129/mo – includes three weekly training sessions
  • $159/mo – includes four weekly training sessions

*If you enroll mid-month, your first month’s fee will be prorated.

There is a one time $39 registration fee that covers:

  • Initial evaluation/baseline assessment including body fat testing and body circumference measurements.
  • 25-page Boot Camp manual that provides detailed instructions for a supportive meal plan and complementing workouts for home use.
  • Weekly weigh-ins.
  • On-line support to answer your questions to ensure effective implementation of our Boot Camp program.
  • 6-week follow-up assessment – we will retest your body fat and body circumference measurements.

Can I pay per workout or just when I come?

No. The fact of the matter is that you need to exercise consistently. We’ve found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your boot camp. The best motivator is knowing that you’re going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout!
