We offer a variety of programs designed to help you meet your fitness, fat loss and performance goals.

1.) Boot Camp Training

  • 8-12 participants train together on interval training that mixes cardio, strength and core exercises to help you burn fat, get rid of stubborn belly fat, and build muscle.
  • If you have 10-60 lbs to lose – or simply need to trim some body fat or get back into shape - and are healthy, without severe limitations – THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!




2.) Semi-Private Training

Small group of 2-4 people, who train simultaneously on their own individualized program. An economical way to experience the positive benefits of having your own personal trainer. This program is designed for the individual who wants or requires a personalized program that specifically addresses his or her fat loss and conditioning needs.

3.) Private Training

One-on-one training, with an individualized program for your specific goals. This program is designed for those who require constant supervision during training – due to inexperience, health or joint problems, or who are simply uncomfortable exercising in the company of others.


Rates vary based on individual needs and frequency of training.  Below are per-session estimates only.
